Coaches
In Cambridgeshire we are totally engaged in and committed to delivering high quality coaching across the county.
We work continuously to ensure this high standard of delivery through the Coach Education Courses, Skills Development workshops, coaching of County Age Groups, or support of coaches working at clubs and their ongoing development. Cambridgeshire Cricket Board also has a professional Workforce Plan in place to make sure all areas of the Coaching (professional and volunteer) workforce are continually developed appropriately to ensure safe and excellent service can be delivered, tailored to specific areas of need in the cricketing community in Cambridgeshire.
We are lucky in Cambridgeshire that we possess a large number of coaches and coach developers who work with our clubs and their coaches throughout the year. These events include CAG Observations/Coaching, Club Coach Development Plans, Schools Coaching (Primary & Secondary School), Disability Coaching and more.
